I. How do we collect and use your personal information
- Login At present, we only support you to log in to our services with Email or Google account . When you log in to the platform, we will collect your nickname, head portrait, Account ID, and other Honor Account information, and form the Account ID of this product. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will be unable to log in to this product, but you may use some services, such as browsing and using free materials.
- Transaction information This product is connected to the third-party payment application. When you use the payment function in this product, we will read your application list information to judge if the third-party payment application exists to complete the payment function. In addition, we will obtain the transaction information generated by your use of this service from the third-party application, including consumption history, order information, etc. In order to provide the technical support to complete the payment, the third-party application may collect some personal information from you. Please carefully read the privacy policy published by the third party.
- Provide the customer service When you need us to provide the customer service, you may communicate with our customer service personnel, and provide us with and allow us to use your account information, transaction information, and email information. In order to protect the lawful rights and interests, guarantee the legality and compliance of our customer service, and continuously improve our service capacity, we keep the communication records between you and customer service personnel. Refusing us to conduct the aforementioned information processing will cause that you cannot use our customer service, but this will not affect your normal use of other functions or services of this product.
- Security assurance For the purpose of ensuring your normal use of our services, maintaining the normal operation of our services, timely repairing & eliminating faults, and improving & optimizing our service experience, we will collect your device model, system version. You shall understand that, such information can be obtained only under the condition that you agree to the privacy policy, and can be acquired only when you log in to use our service for the first time. We will not obtain the above information without your consent, but the service and service experience that you may obtain will be affected.
- Improve our products or services We may conduct the de-identification research and statistical analysis for the action logs (such as click records, and use records of materials) generated when you use the functions or services related to this product, to improve the product and service quality of the platform. You can actively close and join the user experience improvement program. If you turn this option off, we will not get the above information.
- Use of the Service
- Your input and output, such as text, images and video inputs and other prompts you provide, and the videos and other output you create. We also collect certain metadata, including information that users can add or can have added to their content, such as keywords, geographical or location information, and other similar data. II. How do we provide and publicly disclose your personal information
(I) Sharing
- We will not share your personal information with the companies, organizations and individuals other than service providers, except in the following circumstances:
- Sharing with the express consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your express consent.
- We may share your personal information in accordance with the laws & regulations or mandatory requirements of government authorities.
- Only for the purpose stated in this privacy policy, some of our services will be jointly provided by authorized partners. Before that, we will agree with them on the rights and obligations of both parties by the means not limited to signing an agreement. In this case, these companies must meet our data privacy and security requirements. We ask the partners to collect your information only for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and express purposes. Only the personal information necessary for providing the service is collected. For data settlement, when we need to carry out the settlement with the third party, we may be required to provide the third party with your transaction details. - With the continuous development of our business, we may conduct the merger, acquisition, asset transfer and other transactions. When you delete your data, we will follow the deletion process to ensure that your data are safely and completely removed from our servers, or are only kept in an anonymous manner. - We attach great importance to the security of personal information, and take the security technology measures complying with the industry standard, to ensure the security of the personal information provided by you.
- We guarantee the security of information by establishing the special management system, process and organization. For example, we use the centralized management system for customer information, and we only allow the working personnel who have necessary access to customer information, to access the system to query and manage customer information. We strictly set the level of permission to access customer information, and ask all the personnel who may have access to your personal information, to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations. With regard to the related laws & regulations and privacy security standards, we also carry out the training for the working personnel from time to time, so as to strengthen the publicity of security awareness.
- In case of security events like personal information leakage, we will launch the contingency plan, to prevent the expansion of security events. We will timely inform you of the basic situation of the event, handling measures, and risk reduction suggestions, by phone or push notification; when it is difficult to notify the personal information subject one by one, we will take the reasonable and effective method to make an announcement. In addition, we will also proactively report the handling situation of personal information security events according to the requirements by the regulatory department.
- The internet environment is not absolutely safe. In order to ensure the security of your personal information, this needs the joint cooperation given by you and us. We strongly recommend that, you use the complicated passwords in safe ways. You shall not disclose your login account and password to others. If you find that your personal information (especially your account or password) is divulged, please immediately contact us according to the contact information provided in this policy, so that we can take the corresponding reasonable measures according to your application.

V. How do we deal with the children’s personal information
In this policy, children are minors at the age of below 14. If you are a child, please do not use our product.
